Topgolf were looking to make use of recently vacated retail space at their Watford venue. EGD Solutions supported the venue team and marketing team to survey the available space, prepare initial space planning and final renders to visualise the space ahead of construction.

Topgolf Watford | Arcade

Our designer created a digital twin of the in-construction Topgolf Glasgow venue to help the team to orient themselves ahead of the grand opening. The digital twin was built using SketchUp, Blender, Quixel Megascans + Mixer and Unreal Engine.

Not only did the model help to orient the team ahead of the building being completed, it was also useful for ensuring retail installations would fit properly, marketing videos could be produced using virtual fly-throughs and branding concepts could be trialled in the virtual space before production.

Topgolf were looking to refresh the corridors housing their ball dispensers at their Surrey venue.

Our designer worked with the Topgolf team to create concept images of how the space could be modernised and achieve a clean and open looking area.

Topgolf were looking to refresh the event spaces at their Surrey venue. Our designer helped them to iterate through design ideas before creating the internal 3D model and renders to help the team visualise the proposed changes.

We also supplied take-offs for the stud wall construction and feature wall build up.

The Modern Living Room project is a stunning new addition to our portfolio, featuring beautiful Scandinavian wooden features and a perfectly placed accent wall to add a pop of colour. This cosy space is complemented with soft furnishings for added comfort, while the dark wood elements transport you to a serene wooden cabin retreat.
