Our client required support with a planning application appeal and contracted with EGD Solutions to provide a series of photo-matched views, allowing for a holistic view of the proposed building in the existing street scene.

These types of images are ideal for planning applications and appeals, as the verified views aim to provide a true to scale render of the proposed building and allows planning offices (and clients) to see exactly how the development will look as part of the overall street.

EGD Solutions built the 3D model from CAD plans supplied by our client's architect (Lawson Architecture Ltd) and worked closely with the architect to ensure that the renders matched their vision for the completed building.
